Findspot - a brooch dating to the Roman period was found 400m south east of the church, Charlecote.

Notes about this historic site
1 A bronze brooch was found on the National Vegetable Research Station at the above grid reference and was brought into the Museum for identification.
2 A bronze ring was also found at the same location (see WA 1166).
3 Plum Orchard (West) site of Roman farm and best field for sherds etc.
