Notes about this historic site
1 Bronze socketed spearhead. Found in Browningcroft. Now in Birmingham Museum. Grid reference SP2196 given with no indication of source.
2 A bronze spearhead from Kingsbury, in Birmingham Museum (Acc No 149’85). The actual provenance of this spearhead is open to some question. It was acquired in the late 19th century as part of the Staunton Collection. It was listed as having come from Browning Croft, Kingsbury. However, it seems likely that the find spot was Broomey Croft (grid reference above).
4 Bronze spearhead, socketed, side looped, probably leaf shaped.
