Near river Swift and boardered by old arm of the Oxford canal,with bridge. Park to N and W of house with clumps and boundary planting to N. Pleasure grounds around house, kitchen garden.
Lovie reports that the estate was larger in 1883 but has since greatly reduced and the house a hotel at the time of this report (1996/7).
