Where did the Grandborough Commemorative Plaques Go?

Hi,

I went to Grandborough school in the 1950s and I recall that there were commemorative plaques in the kitchen area naming the people that had died in the First World War. One of them was my great uncle, Alec Tabor, and I would like to know what happened to the plaques when the school closed.
