I was born here on March 21st 1963. I was christened Tina Marie Norman at Wootton Wawen Church in July 1963.
My daughter was born here, Nicola Mcgee. I was one of the many unmarried mums that came from the Limes in Stratford. Most of the babies were up for adoption, as was mine, I kept her x
I was born here 25th April 1963 to an unmarried mother. I was called Bernadine Newton. I was adopted at a few days old and had a wonderful upbringing and loving parents.
Born here in 1953. My mother was only 18 years old. I was brought up by my grandmother and not adopted. My mother is still alive and active. Like to find the building and see how it’s being used.
I believe I was born here in 1952 and was wondering what sort of a place it was then? A family member came and collected my mum and me and I was lucky enough to stay with my mum. This period in her life was never spoken about and I only found out fragments after her death.

I was born there in 1948, my brother in 1950. My mother was Sister Lanaghan. She worked there after the Radcliffe in Oxford until she retired. Many of the nurses were my friends and Sister alright was one of my Godmothers.

I was born here in 1947 and had no idea the building was still around…just on a whim I googled and look what I found. Such a strange feeling to see where I first saw the light of day. The maternity wing with all the mums sitting up in bed holding their babies….I had to wonder if that nurse was around when I was born.

15th September 1964. My birth mother was 17. I have no further information as my adopted mother got rid of a letter I found, written by my birth mother with details of her and my birth fathers information.
