Thank you, at last I have found this house. 6th Oct 1924 my Grandmother lived here. The address is on the back of a National Health Insurance and Unemployment document. So I wonder if all the family lived there. They lived at the Wharf Hillmorton 1911, which was pulled down?

Between addresses 124 & 126 Lawford Road is an entrance that accesses the rear of the properties. You will notice 2 large pillars, this was the main entrance to the Rosemount estate. The pillars are protected and cannot be removed. The properties around Lawford Road and Seabroke Avenue (known as Rosemount Estate Section 2) were constructed around 1937 after the demolition of Rosemount. Seabroke Avenue was named after Claude Seabroke, the Vendor.
