I think this is from 1929, not 1935. On another page you have a photo have entitled “Declaration of the result of the 1929 general election in Rugby from The Benn Buildings. May 30th 1929”. This has a photographer’s(?) mark H422VWL. I have two photos, marked H414VWL & H415VWL, dated 1929 in pencil on the back by my late aunt, showing views similar to this one. Some individuals are identifiable in both H415VWL and this photo. I can only see the very top of the mark on this photo, but it is plausible that it is H***VWL. I think it very likely that the four images were taken within a relatively short time. HTH.
