2nd from the right in the back row (with hat on & cigarette in his mouth) is Earnest Jones-Gill. He was spotted on the photo by his daughter. His family once lived at the Mill in Napton. My mother (his daughter) thinks it was possibly a Brickyard workers outing, going by his age in this photo it would be late 1920’s to early 1930s.
