The Leamington and Warwick Electrical Company ran trams between the two towns, and also provided electricity to the area.
The tramway was closed in 1930 and replaced with buses, including this Daimler. Like the trams, the buses were painted green and cream.
Midland Red purchased the bus side of the business in 1935, and in 1937 Midland Red buses replaced the Leamington and Warwick buses.
