Isle of Wight Barn, Whitnash
Located at approximately sp 343 628 this “imperial barn” though unexceptional is not typical of Warwickshire barns. It appears to be for animal use with a hay loft above and the remains of a drinking(?)pond behind it. The beam used above the arcade seems not to be needed, and I wonder if it belonged originally to an earlier structure.

Why is this barn known as the Isle of Wight barn? I’m intrigued!
