I asked a question on the 6th february 2018 and haven’t had a reply. Reason for asking is I think he is my grandfather

Hi Peter,

I suspect the answer is nobody actually knows. You could always contact the record office (who hold the photo) and see about going in to check, but the photo is from a postcard, and I’d be very surprised if it listed anybody on the back of it. No harm in trying, though!
