I think you will find that this is Dr Lionel Edward Orton, 1875 – 1964. LEO are his initials. The photograph would have been taken in the garden of what was then his father’s house at Congreve House, Bedworth. There is a stained glass window in All Saints Parish Church, Bedworth of St. Luke the Physician which was given in his memory.
