Harry Fretwell was my grandfather. born 1903 in Baddesley Ensor. His father was William James Fretwell, born 1869, who ran the Red Lion pub in the village and could possibly be the older man in the back row with the suit on . I’ve checked the 1901 census and there are no Henry Fretwells living in the village. Could the man standing on the far right be my great great uncle Arthur Henry Fretwell, born 1888 in Baddesley? They were all miners and/ or publicans.
