Notes about this historic site
1 Between boundary fence and hedge at Further Lodge, Barford a 3rd brass c325 AD of Constantine found. Identified by Warwick Museum 1958. Coin held by finder.
2 The father of the finder, pointed out the site of the find at SP2861. He said that it was found by his son while digging the ground at no more than a spade’s depth in Dec 1958.
