Rugby. Hospital carnival balloon ascent

Captain Harry Spencer, world famous balloonist was killed at Rugby when his balloon fell on the roof of Rev. J.M. Hardwick's boarding house. The balloon piloted by his son, Percival, had made a forced landing owing to rain. The ascent had been arranged in connection with Rugby Hospital Carnival.
