Nuneaton. Train Crash in Colour

Never seen before colour photographs…

During the early hours of 6th June 1975 a London to Glasgow sleeper train derailed at Nuneaton with the loss of six lives. Nuneaton Memories have placed a plaque at Nuneaton station relating to all involved in the rescue operation. Below are some colour photographs donated to Nuneaton Memories by June Farmer. The photographs were taken by her uncle William Sanders.
