If you encounter common mammals (e.g. fox, rabbit, mole, grey squirrel, brown rat) at any place e.g. your own garden, local park, school, churchyard, canal and the wider countryside, please submit your sightings to the Warwickshire Biological Records Centre (WBRC).

Records of common mammals have been reduced considerably over the recent years with some 1km grid squares throughout the County having zero records for these species!

You can submit your records either by email to wbrc@warwickshire.gov.uk or using the on-line form.

For any queries about how to get started with biological recording please email: wbrc@warwickshire.gov.uk or ring: 01926 418060.
